Hiya,
I hope you are having a great day.

This podcast was inspired by a friend who's ceiling did collapse the weekend before I recorded this podcast. There was a lesson in it for all of us.

Are we too focused on the biggest, most urgent, and attention grabbing thing, to pay attention to the small stuff, which left unchecked will turn into a HUGE pain in the butt?

I also mention the importance of a weekly check-in, so check out my Podcast on that: "This one Strategy will Change Your Destiny"

As always if this was of value to you, please consider sharing it on your social media platforms. And if you want to ask me questions directly or work with me, reach out via my website:

NEWS FLASH!!
I am also super excited to announce that from 27-29 November I will be running my LIFE MASTERCLASS seminar online, so make sure you check out the details for that and stay tuned in...it will be EPIC!!!

Hiya,

I hope you are having a great day. In today's podcast I am going to go against the 'perceived' success principle which states we always getting sh*t done, to become successful.

I am going to talk about why it is ok to step back sometimes, and when it is okay to step back.

I related a recent experience of mine where I was getting triggered in Bali (yes I know I shouldn't be complaining winking) by people getting around in their masks in a way that made absolutely no sense to me.

Critical thinking, and logic had no place.

Anyway, I was getting triggered, and in this podcast I share with you what that was like, and how I worked with it - in a way that showed care and compassion for what I was feeling.

If this message serves you, please pass it on. I am grateful in advance of you doing so. smiley

NEWS FLASH

I mention in the podcast about the super awesome upcoming LIFE MASTERCLASS Online event. As you know I have been doing live events for years, but this is the first time I do it online. I would love to see you there: 27-29 Nov 2020.

And finally, have a super awesome day and take care.

Hiya,

I hope you are having a great day.

In this Podcast I talk about the importance of embracing discomfort in order to experience the level of success and greatness that you are capable of.

I feel it is highly unlikely for you to reach your full potential if you step back from discomfort. Discomfort is on the path to Success, and in many cases discomfort is the stepping stones to the next level of your success and evolution.

I also talk about the difference between 'pain' and 'discomfort' which is important to fully understand.

As always if this was of value to you, please consider sharing it on your social media platforms. And if you want to ask me questions directly or work with me, reach out via my website: www.carlmassy.com

NEWS FLASH: I am also excited to announce that at the end of November I will be running my LIFE MASTERCLASS seminar online, so make sure you check out the details for that and stay tuned in...it will be EPIC!!!

Hi there,

Today’s podcast is a self coaching technique, which includes some topics I have talked about in the past, in order to thrive in life.

Too often we have a ‘bad’ experience - relationship breakdown, professional set-backs, failed business or project, an accident or illness - and we try and leave the scene of the incident as quickly as possible because of our discomfort from it.

Too often we don’t take all the potential lessons from that experience in order to ‘learn and grow’.

So today I am encouraging you again, to take the time to look at and review past experiences, with a sense of curiosity and see what you can learn from them, so they are not only a stepping stone to your next level of success, but they are actually a springboard, catapulting you into an even higher level of success.

Let me know if you need a hand or support with the process, because you cannot get into the right mindset for it, or you are overwhelmed with fear or survival emotions. I would be more than happy to help out. Just send me an email.

I hope you enjoy the self coaching tip today.

If you are interested in working with me in 2021 for 6-months, with 7 other amazing individuals, check out the Consolidation to Break Through program starting in February 2021.

Hiya,

I hope you are well.
I think you might agree with me that 2020 has been a bit of a crazy year (and then some!).

So I recorded this podcast at the end of September, to challenge you to consider what are the ESSENTIAL goals you want to tick off between now and the end of 2020.

What do you want to have achieve as you stand there on 31 December 2020?

What do you need to get done over the next few months?

I also share at the end a pretty cool strategy I came up with for one of my clients, just before I recorded this podcast.

I hope you enjoy listening and if you find my tips practical, maybe you could pass on my podcasts to friends and family. I would be very grateful.

Have a fabulous day wherever you are on the planet.

Take care
Carl

Hiya,

Today's episode is one of my favourites, as I love helping you with the inner work. Creating peace, harmony, and joy from the inside out.

When we do the inner work it changes our perception and interrelationship with the outside world and everything in it. If we see through a different lens of perception, we see a different worldview. One that causes us to feel awe, wonder, and love for life.

Today's guided meditation is a bit over 20 mins long, and is focused on relaxing and releasing anything and everything that no longer serves you.

You will feel lighter and brighter after this meditation, but don't take my work for it, see for yourself.

Enjoy!

And have a super fabulous day and week.

Take care
Carl

Hi there,

I hope you are having a super day.

Unless you are living under a rock, you are likely to agree with me that life at present is filled with uncertainty. Which makes it much harder to make good quality decisions.

Now I am about 90% of the way through writing book number 5, and it is called 'Decision Making Mastery'. One of the chapters is on a very simple, but HIGHLY EFFECTIVE decision making tool, to help with decision making in times of uncertainty.

One of the keys to decision making in uncertain times is to make sure your decisions have you focused on what is most important in your life. It is a time to cut away any unnecessary tasks, goals, or activities.

So enjoy this podcast and do use this simple but HIGHLY EFFECTIVE tool for decision making moving forward.

Wishing you all the very best for today and the many today's to come.

All the very best and take care.

Hi there,

I hope you are having a super day.

In this weeks podcast I talk about you can shine more brightly and how it is SO needed in this particular time in history.

There is too much lightness, vitality, vibrancy, joy, love and connection being sucked out from around us, so it is up to us, as leaders of our own lives, and leaders in our individual communities to be a brighter ray of light.

And it is not that hard to do. I share with you what I find brings great warmth and joy to my heart, and the hearts of others. It does not take a lot of effort, any money or any resources that you don't already have within you.

So please join me in shining more joy, light and love in the world today, this week and this month.

As always if you have any comments or questions or want me to talk on a particular subject, don't hesitate to reach out and ask. And if you would like my support or help as you go through your own transitions, do get in touch via my website: https://www.carlmassy.com/

Also if you would like to get one of the few spots to work with me and a small group of other awesome people for 6-months in 2021, check out the link below for all the details:

Hiya,

If you are into yoga, you have most likely heard of one of the masters in the yoga space called Paramahansa Yogananda. He was one of the key people responsible for bringing yoga to the 'west'.

He was a master in the art and science of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, but still made the observation that the environment is stringer than the will.

Essentially your environment has more of an influence than your willpower on what you do or don't do. The environment definitely affects your behaviours.

I am a big fan of using this principle to enhance my ability to do a consistent morning routine, which I will share with you in this podcast.

I will also share with you the limitations of an over dependence on willpower and why it is not the best fuel of choice.

If you have any questions for me don't hesitate to reach out, and if you have any requests for specific topics, again let me know. I would be more than happy to let you know my perspective and experience.

And finally if you would like to work with me through any transitions you are experiencing in your life, I would love to help out.

Have a fantastic day and take care.

Hiya,

I hope you are having a great day.

In today's episode I was inspired by my morning bicycle ride through the rice fields and villages of Bali.

I was paying attention to the connection, interaction and feelings I was experiencing as I saw and interacted with different Indonesian people on my ride.

I was also reflecting on bank robbers and pearly whites.

Then there were thoughts about the relationship between love and fear and the physiological experiences of both - especially as it related to the brain and mind.

So as I journeyed through the rice fields in Bali, so too do I journey through love, fear, beauty and dumb-arse in this podcast.

I also mentioned a great teacher in the form of Dr Zack Bush, so check out some of his teaching too.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments by dropping me an email.

Also I have opened up registration to work with me for 6-months in 2021 with the CONSOLIDATION TO BREAK THROUGH program. There are a maximum of 8 people in the group, so if you are interested, check it out asap. smiley

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Itunes_ss2
