Hiya,

I have been threatening to talk about Meditation, and in particular why to meditate for some time.

In this podcast I list all of the areas of your life and personal skills that are enhanced (and upgraded) by a meditation practice.

Do yourself a favour.
This practice is the ultimate GAME CHANGER...especially in a very uncertain and disruptive world.

It will be your rock, anchor and get-out-of-jail-free card in life.

If you want to learn more and experience the benefits of a meditation process, join me for the Life Masterclass Seminar (Online): 27-29 Nov 2020.

All the details are here:

I want as many people as possible to step easefully, gracefully and powerfully into 2021, and the Life Masterclass is the tool to prepare you to do just that!

See you soon.
Take care
Carl

PS: Step 1 - Get in the habit of showing up to meditate; even if it is 2 mins.

Hiya,

Today's inspiration for this podcast is as a result of a great meditation I was doing this morning (created by Sacred Acoustics).

I was guided in this meditation to journey through time, forwards or backwards, to a time that feels right for you to explore.

Without any set intention in mind, I ended up journeying back to a time when I was 18 years old, at the Australian Defence Force Academy, and I thought my whole world was crashing down around me.

I thought the door to my very awesome future was being closed before my very eyes.

Little did I know, that numerous other totally awesome doors were being opened up before the original door had barely closed.

I think you will relate to this podcast and I hope you enjoy it, but more so take something from it to make a positive impact in your own life.

Remember to join me for the LIFE MASTERCLASS Online Event happening 27-29 Nov 2020. There are 10x Live Q&A Coaching Sessions with me, access to the content for 12-months, and a money back guarantee.

And if you want a further $50 off the already awesome price, then use the Coupon Code - BEAUTY - at the checkout.

Hiya,

I was recently doing a little getaway in Bali, and went to a gorgeous green abundant area called Sideman. I wanted to connect with the abundant plant-life, the sun, the silence and the beautiful sacred air I got to breathe.

While I was there I was inspired to record this podcast to remind us about our sacred relationship with this planet and what I refer to as mother nature.

And to start reestablishing our relationship with nature as not something to fear, to hide from, or mask ourselves from, but to something that is there to help us thrive (just like all the other species on the planet).

Life is for you. And life is for me. And it provides all of the building blocks to keep us happy, healthy and vital. Breathe deeply of this sacred breath.

If you want to ask me deeper questions or work with me, then reach out via my website: https://carlmassy.com

And please join me for my online LIFE MASTERCLASS seminar happening 27-29 Nov 2020. Use the Coupon Code - BEAUTY - to get a MASSIVE Discount on your ticket.

Hiya,

As you know, I am a fan of doing the inner work - especially in altered states of consciousness - in order to effect lasting change from the inside out.

I have watched over 2020, nature be vilified, where people are consciously and unconsciously encouraged to fear taking a deep breathe from mother nature. A fear of nature at an unconscious level is going to affect the way you show up.

So this guided meditation is about bringing back the sacred relationship we have with Mother Nature and reconnect with the idea that 'life' is for us. Life creates more life. It is nature that gives us life, so instead of fear we need deep gratitude and re-connection at a deeper (cellular) level.

I mention Dr Zack Bush in this podcast. Check out his video on the Virome on YouTube. Amazing.

Enjoy the Guided Meditation and let me know if you have any questions, comments or feedback.

Also please join me for the LIFE MASTERCLASS Seminar (Online) from 27-29 Nov. Also if you use the Coupon Code (BEAUTY) at the Check Out you get a super awesome 20% DISCOUNT!!

I hope to see you there.
Enjoy the meditation and afterwards feel free to go and hug a tree or walk barefoot on the ground.

Take care

Hiya,

I hope you are well.
In today's podcast I delve into the realms of leadership, and in particular what constitutes true leadership.

I actually was feeling some resistance to talking on this subject and taking a stance, but as true leadership dictates, feeling comfortable is not one of the predominant by-products of exercising true leadership.

I also talk about the stress response, the autonomic nervous system, the different levels of mind, trauma and even the topical subject of 'cognitive dissonance'.

I come from the perspective of a former army major, a coach, a therapist who has worked with people with trauma, and someone fascinated with the evolutionary path.

If you want to ask me deeper questions or work with me, then reach out via my website:

And please join me for my online LIFE MASTERCLASS seminar happening 27-29 Nov 2020. And if you listen to the end of the podcast you will also hear how to get a MASSIVE 20% Discount on your ticket.

Hiya,
I hope you are having a great day.

This podcast was inspired by a friend who's ceiling did collapse the weekend before I recorded this podcast. There was a lesson in it for all of us.

Are we too focused on the biggest, most urgent, and attention grabbing thing, to pay attention to the small stuff, which left unchecked will turn into a HUGE pain in the butt?

I also mention the importance of a weekly check-in, so check out my Podcast on that: "This one Strategy will Change Your Destiny"

As always if this was of value to you, please consider sharing it on your social media platforms. And if you want to ask me questions directly or work with me, reach out via my website:

NEWS FLASH!!
I am also super excited to announce that from 27-29 November I will be running my LIFE MASTERCLASS seminar online, so make sure you check out the details for that and stay tuned in...it will be EPIC!!!

Hiya,

I hope you are having a great day. In today's podcast I am going to go against the 'perceived' success principle which states we always getting sh*t done, to become successful.

I am going to talk about why it is ok to step back sometimes, and when it is okay to step back.

I related a recent experience of mine where I was getting triggered in Bali (yes I know I shouldn't be complaining winking) by people getting around in their masks in a way that made absolutely no sense to me.

Critical thinking, and logic had no place.

Anyway, I was getting triggered, and in this podcast I share with you what that was like, and how I worked with it - in a way that showed care and compassion for what I was feeling.

If this message serves you, please pass it on. I am grateful in advance of you doing so. smiley

NEWS FLASH

I mention in the podcast about the super awesome upcoming LIFE MASTERCLASS Online event. As you know I have been doing live events for years, but this is the first time I do it online. I would love to see you there: 27-29 Nov 2020.

And finally, have a super awesome day and take care.

Hiya,

I hope you are having a great day.

In this Podcast I talk about the importance of embracing discomfort in order to experience the level of success and greatness that you are capable of.

I feel it is highly unlikely for you to reach your full potential if you step back from discomfort. Discomfort is on the path to Success, and in many cases discomfort is the stepping stones to the next level of your success and evolution.

I also talk about the difference between 'pain' and 'discomfort' which is important to fully understand.

As always if this was of value to you, please consider sharing it on your social media platforms. And if you want to ask me questions directly or work with me, reach out via my website: www.carlmassy.com

NEWS FLASH: I am also excited to announce that at the end of November I will be running my LIFE MASTERCLASS seminar online, so make sure you check out the details for that and stay tuned in...it will be EPIC!!!

Hi there,

Today’s podcast is a self coaching technique, which includes some topics I have talked about in the past, in order to thrive in life.

Too often we have a ‘bad’ experience - relationship breakdown, professional set-backs, failed business or project, an accident or illness - and we try and leave the scene of the incident as quickly as possible because of our discomfort from it.

Too often we don’t take all the potential lessons from that experience in order to ‘learn and grow’.

So today I am encouraging you again, to take the time to look at and review past experiences, with a sense of curiosity and see what you can learn from them, so they are not only a stepping stone to your next level of success, but they are actually a springboard, catapulting you into an even higher level of success.

Let me know if you need a hand or support with the process, because you cannot get into the right mindset for it, or you are overwhelmed with fear or survival emotions. I would be more than happy to help out. Just send me an email.

I hope you enjoy the self coaching tip today.

If you are interested in working with me in 2021 for 6-months, with 7 other amazing individuals, check out the Consolidation to Break Through program starting in February 2021.

Have a fantastic day and take care.

Hiya,

I hope you are well.
I think you might agree with me that 2020 has been a bit of a crazy year (and then some!).

So I recorded this podcast at the end of September, to challenge you to consider what are the ESSENTIAL goals you want to tick off between now and the end of 2020.

What do you want to have achieve as you stand there on 31 December 2020?

What do you need to get done over the next few months?

I also share at the end a pretty cool strategy I came up with for one of my clients, just before I recorded this podcast.

I hope you enjoy listening and if you find my tips practical, maybe you could pass on my podcasts to friends and family. I would be very grateful.

Have a fabulous day wherever you are on the planet.

Take care
Carl

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

Subscribe_with_itunes

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:
Itunes_ss

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Itunes_ss2

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!

The beauty of this process is that now, every new episode of your subscribed podcasts will automatically sync to your device every time you plug it in and open iTunes. You can now take your favorite shows with you everywhere you go.

Enjoy!
