Guided Meditation - Choosing Freedom by Carl Massy

Hiya,

Every 4 weeks I record a guided meditation with a different theme to it.

The benefit of a guided meditation is that it allows a deeper conversation to land without (or with less) interference from the critical and analytical mind.

When you get very relaxed you are more open to receiving the messages that are key for your growth and evolution. They also wake up a part of you that has access to a deeper level of wisdom and knowing.

This months Guided Meditation is about the power of choosing freedom. I think you will like it.

Why Knowledge and Experience are not Enough for Good Decision Making

Hi there,

Decision making is one of my favourite topics. Because for me, the quality of our decisions shapes not only our day-to-day life, but also our DESTINY. So anything we can learn to make better decisions is time well spent.

I also have 14 years of being an officer in the Army, plus 5 years of consulting to Olympic Games around the world; so I bring a lot of formal training on decision making, and mix it with what I have learned about individual decision making from coaching clients for 12 years.

I used to believe that having the knowledge and experience lead to wisdom and with wisdom I would make better choices.

Bad news.
It is not enough. Close. But not enough. winking

Hi there.

Today's podcast episode is the first of a monthly offering which I am called 'Self-Coaching Strategies'. These strategies are simple things that you can apply into your day and life that will cause you to get new (and of course better!!) results in your life.

This first self-coaching offering is about realising that the way we look at something, the way that we perceive it, or the lens of perception we are looking through creates a certain internal experience.

Different lenses give us a different experience, such as joy, frustration, awe, annoyance, etc.

So with this simple strategy it takes from experiencing a heavy sense of being, to a much lighter and playful sense of being. Does feeling lighter sound like something you would want more of?

My Top 3 Morning Rituals to Power Up My Day

Just like elite athletes who want to ensure they perform at their best when it is game time; there are certain morning rituals we can perform to ensure we have a great performance in the 'Game of Life'.

These elite athletes don't leave their physical, mental, emotional, psychological and even spiritual state to chance. They perform very specific rituals.

Over the last 20 years I have been studying to find which daily rituals have the biggest ROI (Return on Investment). So let me share my big three with you.

Welcome to the first 'guided meditation' I have posted in the Life Masterclass Podcast series. The guided meditations will be a monthly feature, as I not only want to educate you at an intellectual level, but I also want to extend the conversation to your subconscious mind.
