So I recorded this podcast at the end of September, to challenge you to consider what are the ESSENTIAL goals you want to tick off between now and the end of 2020.

When we do the inner work it changes our perception and interrelationship with the outside world and everything in it. If we see through a different lens of perception, we see a different worldview. One that causes us to feel awe, wonder, and love for life.
Today's guided meditation is a bit over 20 mins long, and is focused on relaxing and releasing anything and everything that no longer serves you.
You will feel lighter and brighter after this meditation, but don't take my work for it, see for yourself.

Unless you are living under a rock, you are likely to agree with me that life at present is filled with uncertainty. Which makes it much harder to make good quality decisions.
Now I am about 90% of the way through writing book number 5, and it is called 'Decision Making Mastery'. One of the chapters is on a very simple, but HIGHLY EFFECTIVE decision making tool, to help with decision making in times of uncertainty.
One of the keys to decision making in uncertain times is to make sure your decisions have you focused on what is most important in your life. It is a time to cut away any unnecessary tasks, goals, or activities.
So enjoy this podcast and do use this simple but HIGHLY EFFECTIVE tool for decision making moving forward.

If you are into yoga, you have most likely heard of one of the masters in the yoga space called Paramahansa Yogananda. He was one of the key people responsible for bringing yoga to the 'west'.
He was a master in the art and science of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, but still made the observation that the environment is stringer than the will.
Essentially your environment has more of an influence than your willpower on what you do or don't do. The environment definitely affects your behaviours.
I am a big fan of using this principle to enhance my ability to do a consistent morning routine, which I will share with you in this podcast.
I will also share with you the limitations of an over dependence on willpower and why it is not the best fuel of choice.

In today's episode I was inspired by my morning bicycle ride through the rice fields and villages of Bali.
I was paying attention to the connection, interaction and feelings I was experiencing as I saw and interacted with different Indonesian people on my ride.
I was also reflecting on bank robbers and pearly whites.
Then there were thoughts about the relationship between love and fear and the physiological experiences of both - especially as it related to the brain and mind.
So as I journeyed through the rice fields in Bali, so too do I journey through love, fear, beauty and dumb-arse in this podcast.

This weeks LIFE MASTERCLASS Podcast is the monthly Guided Meditation.
The aim (for me) for a guided meditation is to bring the right messages into my mind, at a deeper level. Because the meditation helps you to deeply relax, you also relax the part of your mind which is more critical, more judging, and less flexible.
This months guided meditation is called 'fanning the flames of courage' as I believe it is with courage that we can actually create and design a life that is in alignment with our desires and of our choosing.
For me COURAGE trumps confidence every time.
The more courage you can draw on, and dip into, the more unstoppable you become. It allows you to break through other peoples limitations on you, to step into the unknown, to create something you have never created before and to truly live life on your terms.
Enjoy awakening and enhancing your inner courage.

But without a good relationship to this, life is much harder to live fully. Plus you are more likely to be plagued and hampered by fear.
