Welcome to today's podcast which is about how to experience more inner peace by using a simple practical technique.

As always I want to share with you practical tips, tools and strategies in order for you to have a more fulfilling and meaningful experience in this game of life.

So hands up, if you would like to experience more peace in your life?

Hands up also if you would like a tool that does not require you to head into a cave in the Himalayan mountains?

In the podcast I mention a system that I am trialing at the moment based on the work of Dr Alex Loyd PhD, ND and his technique called The Healing Codes (he has a book called 'The Healing Code').

As always the technique I suggest is easy to learn and to do. But as a wise man once said, what is easy to do is also easy not to do. Please give it a shot and see how it makes you feel.

I hope you enjoy it. And as always, if you have a question for me, or would like to work with me more directly, don't hesitate to get in touch via my website: www.carlmassy.com.

Have a super day.
Take care

Hi there,

Today's podcast was inspired by a coaching session I had recently where I was asked about how to make habits stick. Great question!

So this session is about the relationship between leadership - where you are the leader in this context - the formation of habits, and how to create your environment so it is conducive to you attaining the results that you desire.

As with all my podcasts I like to get as practical as possible, therefore I provide you with some very practical ideas on how to make it easier to form habits that stick and last.

Plus I give you a short introduction to the relationships between the different parts of the brain using the Triune Brain model.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out via my website, and if you would like to do some work with me or undertake one of my online workshops, I would love to hear from you.

Have a fabulous day.
Take care

Hi there,

In today's episode of the Life Masterclass podcast, I talk on a couple of subjects which came up in a recent Coaching Session with one of my awesome clients.

And because the topic came up in that session, and I figured it was relevant to a lot of people, I wanted to share it with you.

We talked about the idea of sustainability when it comes to this game called 'life'. And how life is not a sprint, but more like an ultra marathon. Given that, the strategies we use in life need to reflect the format of the race we are in. It just makes sense to see it like that, and respond accordingly.

From the conversation on sustainability I move into another very relevant topic and that is about how to avoid getting into a state of overwhelm.

I finish up with a VERY practical tool I use for myself and my clients to help them avoid overwhelm and establish a sustainable, enjoyable, and fulfilling life.

And as always if you have any questions for me, or would like to do some deeper work with me to help you through some current challenges, don't hesitate to reach out via my contact page on my website or sending me a direct email (carl@carlmassy.com).

Have a fabulous and fantastic day.
Take care

Hi there,

If great decisions = great results and great results = a great life, then this is the podcast episode that I HIGHLY recommend you listen to.

This podcast is going to introduce you to the 'Secret Sauce' of decision making mastery. It is SO OFTEN overlooked! Don't let that be you.

I have studied decision making frameworks extensively in the Australian Army (14 years as an officer), plus I spent 5 years consulting to Olympic Games where bad decisions could have catastrophic consequences. I have also coached 100's of people over the last 10+ years to improve their decisions and decision making skills.

So given what I know and have experienced in the field of decision making, if you learn and apply this secret sauce, your decision making skills and outcomes will improve by at least 100% (and maybe even more!). Try it out for yourself and see what difference it makes.

Enjoy this episode of the Life Masterclass, but more importantly, try the secret sauce out for yourself and let me know how you go.

And if you need some help with any major decisions in your own life, don't hesitate to get in touch for us to organize a coaching session; to set you on the right track. Just go to my contact page at www.carlmassy.com and let's create some magic together.

Have a super day.

Hi there,

I am recording this podcast at the end of April 2020, while we are still somewhere on the path of the corona virus experience. I am hopeful that we are well past the half way mark and in the home straight of getting back to life, work and reconnecting with people in a physical way.

I recorded this podcast on this topic, as I was recently with a colleague that had experienced a high level of fear around this experience, which I compared to my own experience. I have rarely felt any fear over this experience (my concerns are about what choices I get to make in the future when it comes to my health and well-being, based on what I have studied and written about over the last 20 years - a subject for later).

So in this podcast I talk about one antidote to fear that I think not only deals with fear, but builds up wisdom, and therefore an even better ability to make good choices in the future.

I also talk about things I have learned through my study and practice of hypnotherapy, so you can become more aware of what might be happening at a 'subconscious' level.

I hope you enjoy the podcast. If you have any comments or requests of my share them on my Facebook page, on my website or just sent me an email.

Have a super fabulous day, wherever you are on this beautiful planet of ours. All the very best and take care.

Hi there,

Every month I record a Guided Meditation to support your journey to optimum health, happiness, well-being and success; by helping you from the inside out.

This is a dialogue to the deeper parts of your being and at a very practical level, a chance for you to deeply relax, so your body can do what it does best...rejuvenation and regeneration of the cells within your body.

When we deeply connect with and pay attention to our breath it really has the power to move us. It connects us to something bigger than ourselves and really grounds us in the present moment. In addition it does wonderful for managing the nervous system, and helping you influence your autonomic nervous system.

You have more control of the inner world of your being than we are made to imagine.

Enjoy the meditation.
Have a wonderful day.

Take care

Hi there,

One of my favourite topics and the topic of my next book is the subject of decision making. I am a firm believer in the quality of your decisions impacting the quality of your life and your destiny.

It makes so much sense.

So in this Podcast I wanted to look at two different pathways, that have their place, in different situations.

In some cases the fear switch is highly effective, but in other situations if you don't flick the consciousness switch, your ability to come up with the most creative, innovative and effective solutions will be sabotaged.

In the podcast I tell you how to activate the consciousness response, when dealing with more complex (and not immediate life threatening) situations or longer-term personal crisis.

I also mention in the podcast that I will be working with a small group over a 6-month period to help them navigate their way through the current global situation, so they come out more bullet proof and thriving. Send an email to carl@carlmassy.com if you are interested in more details.

Have a super day and take care.

I am sure you have had experiences in life where you have had a deep inner knowing about a decision, which was more of a feeling or sense, as opposed to an intellectual knowing.

And I am sure that you (like me) on occasions have decided to ignore that inner guidance to your own detriment. You have said yes, when there is an inner part of you that is screaming "RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!"

In this podcast I look at the two different branches of the Inner Guidance System and how to access them more effectively.

And of course, step one is to hear the guidance, but step 2 is to actually follow it.

I give you deeper insights into how the inner guidance system works and what you can do to help you tap into your inner wisdom.

If you have any questions ore comments, don't hesitate to reach out to me via Facebook or my website: www.carlmassy.com.

And if you would like to work with me 1-on-1 don't hesitate to reach out and start the conversation. I am here to help.

Have a super day.
Take care

Hi there.

I use the word Discernment a lot when I am with my Coaching Clients. Google dictionary calls it:

'The ability to judge well.'

The ability to make great judgements, and great choices is a game changer, especially when we are faced with so much information, misinformation, and disinformation in this 'Information Age'.

It becomes EVEN MORE important in any uncertain, challenging or stressful times.

In this Episode I talk about the things you need to be aware of to enhance your discernment and what to be wary of.

More discernment = better choices = awesome DESTINY.

Enjoy, and if you have any questions or comments, head over to my Facebook page (@CarlMassyPage) or connect with me via my contact page on my website (www.carlmassy.com).

Take care.
Make good choices.
See you soon.

This guided meditation is designed to put you into a brain wave state that is ideal for the body to come more into its default state of homeostasis. In this way it can heal, rejuvenate and settle into a state of peace.

One of the ways that we can assist our body with its work of rejuvenation and regeneration of new cells (we lose about half a billion cells a day) is to enter into a state of deep rest and relaxation.

If the body is not consuming energy with physical movement, and if the brain is less active (so using less energy) there is more energy available for the internal work to be done.

This meditation is designed to take you into a deeper state of relaxation and peace so the innate intelligence of the body (built over thousands and thousands of years of evolution) can do the work of 'self healing'.

Enjoy and sending you lots of love, peace and harmony.

Take care.
