Hiya,

Today's podcast is looking at the idea of what might be holding you back from your next level of success (the 10X version)...and the 'Authentic Success' version. smiley

Quite often what has got us to the level of success we have experienced in the past, might be the very thing holding us back from going to our next level.

Let me know what comes up for you.

Also if you would like to join me for 6-months of Coaching, with a cool group of international people, I have a couple of spots left, but we start soon, so chop-chop reaching out. winking

The details are here:
https://www.carlmassy.com/breakthrough

Have a super day and please share this episode to pass on the insights and wisdom.

take care
Carl

Hiya,

I start off the podcast being a little non politically correct and tell you what I really think about the elephant in the room, which has disrupted a lot of peoples power (in my observation).

I talk about the 'problem' as I see it, and then ways we can work to build up our personal power, which is needed more than ever in this crazy, unstable world we live in.

I hope you take away something to work on as a result of listening this this podcast and as always if you have any questions reach out via my website.

Also if you would like to join me and 7 other global individuals for 6-months support and coaching, check out my 2021 program, as there are still a couple of places left (at the time of this writing).

Have a super day and a great week.

Hiya,

Today I share some research outlined by Heidi Grant Halvorson (Ph.D.) in her book 'Succeed' which suggested that if we think that something will be easy, we are more likely to fail at it. Find out why.

Then I relate this to a core message I have as we step into 2021 - this being my first podcast of the new year.

I want to set you up for success. So listen into my tips and strategies and set yourself up for Success.

I also mention my 6-month Coaching Program (Consolidation to Break Through). If you would like to find out more details go here: https://www.carlmassy.com/breakthrough

There are only a few places still remaining.

Wishing you all the very best for the new year and if you ever need a helping hand don't hesitate to get in touch. I love to help people figure stuff out. winking

Take care
Carl

Hiya,

2020. What a year.
Here is a question for you? Did you observe any really bad decision-making over 2020?
I am sure you have your hand up (as well).

Given that I spent 2020 writing my 5th book, specifically focused on Decision-Making Mastery, I got to understand at an even deeper level the role and asscoiation with Critical Thinking, which is a key component to making awesome decisions.

I found that there was one key component that was often missed, which is a component that adds a high level of quality to the outcomes from decision-making.

It is a component that is not only missed - most often - but is like a muscle we don't work out enough. Without this muscle, we will never be at our best when it comes to making high impact quality decisions.

Enjoy the podcast and if you want to work with me in 2021, and 7 other awesome individuals, join us for Consolidation to Break Through for 6-months of group and individual coaching.

All the details are here:
https://www.carlmassy.com/breakthrough

Have a great day and take care.

Hiya,

It is that time of the month where we dive in and do the inner work on your well-being. Elevating you from the inside out.

There is a great book called 'Lost Connections' which suggests that it is our loss of social connections that has lead to an increase in anxiety and depression and presents a pretty compelling case.

So this mediation is about enhancing your connection to three things: 1) yourself, 2) others, 3) to life around you.

Find a place where you won't be disturbed. The actual meditation (after my intro to the meditation) is about 15 minutes.

Enjoy.

Also an other reminder about my annual 6-month coaching program for 2021. There are still places and if you sign up before 31 Dec 2020, you will get a $300 discount.

Details are here:

Have a super day.

Hiya,

So...adaptability is pretty awesome; when used in the appropriate situation.

However, like most behaviours and traits they don't work in a positive way 100% of the time. There are times where a good behaviour in one situation is a VERY BAD choice in another situation.

I have found that most people are unconscious of the downside of adaptability and when they are ineffectively using it in their lives.

That is, they are creating an unfavourable life experience.

In this podcast I also talk about a very impactful realisation from a recent coaching client, when it comes to 'feeling a void' when it comes to relationships. You will get some great insights from that observation.

If you like the podcast, I would LOVE for you to share it with someone else, so we can together make the world a more joyful place. winking

Also I am opening up the registration for my (2021) 6-month, group coaching program called Consolidation to Break Through. 8 awesome individuals. A mix of group work and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. The coaching can be personal, business, or a combination. Check it out.

Hiya,

I start off this podcast talking about why I think reading (in particular Non-Fiction) books is a superpower, when it comes to seeing the bigger picture.

It also allows for greater creative insights, and also being able to detect and deflect BS. It is much harder for someone to BS their was through a book that takes 8hrs to read.

I am also asked often about my favourite books. One of the best a simple but highly impactful book called The Four Agreements by Don Migual Ruiz (on Toltec wisdom).

If you committed to these 4 agreements, your like is likely yo take a dramatic shift for the good. That is, less stress and more joy.

I also talked about a book list I would post. Go to this link for the (long) list:

https://www.carlmassy.com/blog/books/

At the end I talk about an exclusive 6-month Coaching Program that I run each year for 8 lucky individuals. It is called 'Consolidation to Break Through'. Spots fill quickly and I will be advertising it more broadly soon, so get in touch now.

Hiya,

Today's inspiration for this podcast is as a result of a great meditation I was doing this morning (created by Sacred Acoustics).

I was guided in this meditation to journey through time, forwards or backwards, to a time that feels right for you to explore.

Without any set intention in mind, I ended up journeying back to a time when I was 18 years old, at the Australian Defence Force Academy, and I thought my whole world was crashing down around me.

I thought the door to my very awesome future was being closed before my very eyes.

Little did I know, that numerous other totally awesome doors were being opened up before the original door had barely closed.

I think you will relate to this podcast and I hope you enjoy it, but more so take something from it to make a positive impact in your own life.

Remember to join me for the LIFE MASTERCLASS Online Event happening 27-29 Nov 2020. There are 10x Live Q&A Coaching Sessions with me, access to the content for 12-months, and a money back guarantee.

And if you want a further $50 off the already awesome price, then use the Coupon Code - BEAUTY - at the checkout.

I look forward to seeing you there. Buy tickets and get more details here: https://www.carlmassy.com/masterclass

Have an awesome day.

Hiya,

I was recently doing a little getaway in Bali, and went to a gorgeous green abundant area called Sideman. I wanted to connect with the abundant plant-life, the sun, the silence and the beautiful sacred air I got to breathe.

While I was there I was inspired to record this podcast to remind us about our sacred relationship with this planet and what I refer to as mother nature.

And to start reestablishing our relationship with nature as not something to fear, to hide from, or mask ourselves from, but to something that is there to help us thrive (just like all the other species on the planet).

Life is for you. And life is for me. And it provides all of the building blocks to keep us happy, healthy and vital. Breathe deeply of this sacred breath.

If you want to ask me deeper questions or work with me, then reach out via my website: https://carlmassy.com

And please join me for my online LIFE MASTERCLASS seminar happening 27-29 Nov 2020. Use the Coupon Code - BEAUTY - to get a MASSIVE Discount on your ticket.

All the details for the Seminar are at:
https://carlmassy.com/masterclass

Have a super fabulous day and take care.
